What happens next

A person reads it. You get a reply naming one or two systems and the reason each one is on the list, with the licence numbers where they exist.
If your brief needs a number the manufacturer has not published, a shock-absorption figure, a friction value, a panel weight or a BWF certificate reference, we say so and put it to them rather than estimating it.
Slab moisture, substrate flatness and the perimeter detail come up early, because they decide the programme and they are not in anybody’s brochure.

What we will not send you

A price. The manufacturer has published none, so any figure would be ours rather than theirs, and a floor is not something to guess at. When a manufacturer’s quotation exists we will tell you.
